Are you experiencing a toothache at night or on a weekend? Whether you’ve chipped a tooth, lost a crown, or have a painful toothache, Boston Dental Group is prepared to provide you relief, from one of more than 19 Las Vegas locations.
If you are experiencing any kind of pain, it is important to see an emergency dentist immediately. No tooth emergency benefits from waiting to see if it will go away on it’s own. Boston Dental Group will schedule your emergency appointment promptly, improving your chances of a saved tooth, and saving you from traumatic pain.
Dental Emergencies are sometimes the result of physical injuries. Less obviously, major tooth decay can cause cracks in teeth that are just as damaging and painful as a physical injury.

My tooth has been knocked out, what should I do?
A lost tooth is one of the most severe dental emergencies. Make an appointment immediately in order to improve the chances that your tooth can be saved.
Place the tooth back in it’s socket if you are able to do so without touching the root. If the root is damaged in any way, it may be impossible for an emergency dentist to place the tooth back in. If you are not able to keep the tooth in it’s socket, store it between your cheek and gum, or place it in a glass of milk.
I have a cracked or chipped tooth, what should I do?
Rinse your mouth with warm water and apply a cold compress to your face. Go to the dentist immediately. If you still have the chip from your tooth, wrap it with a wet towel and bring it to your dentist.
Even if you only see a small chip or crack in your tooth, the damage may run into the pulp and nerve tissue, which can cause permanent damage if left for too long. Schedule an emergency dental appointment to relieve your pain and receive piece of mind regarding your dental health.
I have a toothache, what should I do?
Toothaches may be occurring for a number of reasons, and an emergency dentist near you will be your most valuable asset in figuring out the cause. If your toothache is causing you pain or discomfort, see a dentist immediately.
