Sink Your Teeth Into Some Art, Literally

Who says “art” must be confined to a canvas? Artists are always finding new ways to express themselves. For example, Alaskans began engraving walrus tusks and whale teeth, using them to create the game of cribbage. In many Asian cultures, including the Japanese and Vietnamese, residents regularly painted their teeth red or black. Even today, artists are keeping the tradition of tooth art alive; some even going as far as creating tooth tattoos and tooth jewelry.
