Connie Trofibio originally joined Boston Dental Group as the first employee in 2002. After a short hiatus she returned to the company in 2006 as an Office Manager then advancing her career to Regional Manager. With 10 years of dental administration experience Connie is highly skilled in all areas of practice management.

Ms. Trofibio currently oversees the operations of five of our offices. She is committed to promoting and facilitating the growth of our company, doctors and team members by motivating and mentoring them. She has completed Bell Leadership training, Dale Carnegie Management Training and Heartland’s Management 101.

Prior to joining Boston Dental Group Connie worked in Human Resources. She was instrumental in the development and implementation of our HR Department and our company’s policies and training programs.

Maria Clarkson has been with Boston Dental Group for five years. She has over thirteen years experience in the dental field. Maria is one of the two Regional Managers who oversees multiple offices within our group.

Maria has completed Bell leadership and Heartland’s Management101.Withthe tools acquired from these classes, she is able to lead and grow her team. Maria strives to make sure her offices provide her patients with the best personal dental experience.

Maria was born and raised in Oxnard, CA. She has been in Las Vegas since 2004. Maria is happily married and has two boys.

Carina Quintana, our Insurance Department Manager, has been in the dental field since 1998. Her eleven years of experience has proved to be very valuable in implementing and standardizing systems and protocol for our accounts receivable and insurance aging departments.

She is in charge of maintaining Boston Dental Group’s A/R health including account auditing, dental insurance appeals, and other relevant quality control tasks. Carina effectively directs her team to seek out and tackle the weaknesses of the A/R for all nine offices within the guidelines of Boston Dental Group. Her contribution has improved the overall accuracy in accounts receivable for us.

Where did you go to school for Dental assisting?I attended United Educational Institute from 1/97 – 9/97, where I received my RDA certificate. I also received two awards for “Perfect Attendance” in all 7 modules and the “Highest GPA Award”.How long have you been in the dental field? 12 1/2 years

What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy working with an intelligent and fun group of people here at Boston Dental Group. I enjoy helping patients fix their smile and build up their confidence level. Its great knowing that WE here at Boston Dental Group have the answer to just about any obstacle a patient feels is standing in their way of having their Ideal Smile.

What is your philosophy of care? It is to provide 110 % lifetime care to our patient at all times. Nothing is compromised when a patient desires to have a healthy smile. We work with all insurance and financial situations.

Something about you, personally or professionally, interests etc:I moved to Las Vegas with my Husband from Los Angeles, CA in 2006, and have been a part of Boston Dental Group ever since. I am the 3rd oldest of 13 siblings. I love spending quality time with my family & close friends. I like watching movies, going out to eat, reading books and doing a lot of shopping. I am an active member in church where I sing in the Praise Team.

Anything else you want to share:Moving to Vegas was truly the BEST decision Ricky & I made. We have accomplished so much and we are looking to raise our family here. I love my job as a Clinical Coach and making People Smile.
