Maria Clarkson- Regional Manager

Maria Clarkson has been with Boston Dental Group for five years. She has over thirteen years experience in the dental field. Maria is one of the two Regional Managers who oversees multiple offices within our group.

Maria has completed Bell leadership and Heartland’s Management101. With the tools acquired from these classes, she is able to lead and grow her team. Maria strives to make sure her offices provide her patients with the best personal dental experience.

Maria was born and raised in Oxnard, CA. She has been in Las Vegas since 2004. Maria is happily married and has two boys.

 

Bridgit Fly- Regional Manager

Bridgit is from West Valley City, Utah and graduated from the Institute of Applied Technology with her Dental Assisting Certification in 1996. For 13 years Bridgit has expanded her skills in various areas of dentistry such as pedodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and general practice including her transition into an administrative role.

She has been with Boston Dental Group since January of 2008 and enjoys concerts and karaoke. She also enjoys camping, hiking outdoors, playing sports, cooking, baking, going to the gym, and hanging out with her husband and her kids.

 

 

Carina Quintana – Regional Manager

Born and raised in Mexico, Carina is fluent in both English and Spanish. Carina is also one of our most experienced employees, she has been in the dental field since 1998 and has been with Boston Dental Group since it’s beginning in 2002!

She strives to live each day with an optimistic  attitude and truly believes, “the success from our company comes from how successful our staff is.”  Carina enjoys helping our insurance department and other staff members achieve their highest potential. Carina’s hobbies include jogging and salsa dancing!

 

 

 

Leslie Alexander – Regional Manager

Born and raised here in Las Vegas, Leslie is one of our lovely regional managers at our Boston Dental location. Leslie has been with Boston Dental Group since 2008 and is one of our most experienced managers!

When she is not working Leslie loves styling hair, reading,  and traveling. Come visit us at Boston Dental and Leslie will be glad to help you with all your dental needs!

 

 

 

 

Markia Johnson – Clinical Coach

Markia is from Compton, CA and graduated from the United Educational Institute of Los Angeles with her Dental Assisting Certification in 1997. For 14 years Markia has expanded her skills in many areas of dentistry such as orthodontic, oral surgery and general practice. When Kia first started at Boston Dental Group in March 2007, she was hired as an dental assistant. After 4 months with the company Kia was giving the opportunity to become the Lead Assistant in the 4th BDG office.
              Shortly after that she was offered the chance to further her career and attend the Dental Assistant Mentor Program in Effringham, IL where she graduated in October 2009 as a Clinical Coach. Kia has several functions in the company, but one of her most important task is holding semi annual continuing educational training for clinical department. In Kia’s personal life she enjoy singing, watching old movies, reading all types of books, swimming and shopping. But most of all she love spending quality time with her husband and family.
